The OBSERVATORY and AMPHITHEATRE open for the public from 8 PM to 10:30 PM
The event will be FREE for families, recommended for 6 years old or older.
We will have a guided STAR, PLANET and CONSTELLATION tour of the summer sky at the amphitheater at 8:30 PM!
You will become familiar with the galaxies, star clusters and nebulae in the May skies.
Then, at 9 PM, the sky darkens and the telescope viewing begins!
If you have binoculars, that will enhance your views too.
Weather conditions (Thick Clouds, rain, high wind) can cancel the program.
Dome viewing is limited to first 100 guests to get ticket
Tickets are available at the welcome table until gone
Star maps of the night sky will be available while supplies last
